Akaman ぎょうざ専門店 赤萬 三宮店
When you see Akaman from the outside, it looks like that tiny old little shop from the 60's. As soon you enter, there's only a small counter and some small tables that seat four people. But don't despair because they hand-make some of the best gyoza in Kobe. The sauce is different here than Tochigi (the capital for gyoza), as they add Miso sauce to the classic standard mix of vinegar, spicy chili, and soy, which gives the dish a special touch. Akaman is a place full of authenticity, and it dese ... rves a quick stop. NOTE: Our members always have the menu at least in English, but Akaman doesn't have one. We have added this exception because there's no way you can have problems knowing what to order as, basically, you can order only gyoza.
