Burger Mania Ebisu, is the little sister of a well-known chain of three burgers in the Tokyo area. It is considered as one of the best in Japan. Mr Moriuchi, the owner, was trained as a teenager in another mythical burger joint in Tokyo called Fire House. The decoration of the premises is a large New York-style industrial space. They only use locally produced meat, make the burgers by hand and strike a good balance between the juicy meat and the ingredients used. They get an intense and persiste ... nt aftertaste. They have an extensive menu of sandwiches, grilled meats, pancakes, meatballs, finger food, soups, etc. There are also creative burgers like the one with cherry jam which strongly enhances the flavor of the meat. Other very popular ones are BBQ smoked cheese burger and avocado burger. They offer a good selection of craft beer that pairs very well with their menu.
