Craft Burger Co. Kita Horie is one of the two burger shops run by Patrick, an Australian expat. The burgers are of high quality. They pay special attention to all the ingredients of the composition. The selected meats from Hokkaido veal are minced, mixed, with the optimum amount of fat and shaped by hand without using any extra additives. Only fresh bread made daily just for the restaurant is used, with sweetness that goes well with meat and sauces (also a homemade). The vegetables used are alwa ... ys fresh in season. The result is elegant hamburgers, full of umami flavor and with a well-achieved balance. For lunch, there are only four types of hamburgers. There is a wider selection for dinner — plain craft burger, gorgonzola, deluxe, with mushrooms, pork, chicken, salmon and tofu steak for vegetarians. There are also wine, beers and cocktails. The side dishes available are onion rings, hand-cut potatoes with various sauces, chicken bites, salads and a small menu of quite elaborate desserts. Small, cozy and a great place. It is a short distance from Shinsaibashi.
