Doug's Burger Miyako Island is a small chain of American-style hamburgers based in Miyakojima, Okinawa. Douglas, the owner, is a Japanese businessman who lives between California, Tokyo and Miyakojima. A few years ago he decided to open his first establishment on his favorite island. Miyakojima is famous for being a "Blue Fin" tuna fishing port and for raising excellent kurowagyu cattle, Japanese black beef.
