This is one of the most famous Ramen restaurants in Japan. At lunch or dinner, queues can wind around the corner. Their most popular dish is the Fuunji-s signature Tsukemen—dipping noodles. The soup is super creamy and thick, with the body and aroma of Tonkotsu, but without pork. It is incredibly delicious and adorned with Gyofun (fish powder) that accentuates the umami of the dish.
