Ginjo Ramen Kubota 吟醸らーめん 久保田
The restaurant specializes in Tsukemen of Miso: thick soup with seafood aroma and fresh noodles, perfectly cooked “al dente.” It is one of those places where everything you order will be excellent. It is frequented by locals, and it is just a 12-minute walk from the Kyoto station. It has a typical but renovated “machiya” atmosphere. The whole menu is very good. You may have to visit it more than once.
