Ichita, interesting and somewhat hidden Kaiseki in the posh Aoyama area. High standing restaurant with a casual atmosphere. They received a Michelin star, just one year after opening, and the owner spent many years working in prestigious restaurants. The always jovial chef offers excellent kaiseki in a cozy atmosphere without triggering prices, which are usually high in this type of restaurant. Simple food, at a slow pace, served in small doses in beautiful pieces of traditional pottery. Menu ta ... stings with bamboo shoots, conger eel, crab depending on the seasons but always ends with delicious juwari soba (100% buckwheat flour). Good selection of sakes. Special menus must be booked well in advance.
