Kaikaya By the Sea, is a very peculiar izakaya, a kind of beach-urban style house on the back streets of Shibuya. The food concept is modern Japanese Izakaya fusion with Asian and western food. The staffs communicate perfectly in English, nevertheless it is very popular among Tokyo expats.
