Kayotei Susukino Store (seafood) offers special seafood menu in Hokkaido and is very well-known among the locals because of their high-quality and freshness. Their signature dishes are large and creamy crab cakes with Hokkaido milk, squid sashimi, caught at the moment of your order from their fish tank, with a transparent and firm meat, making the texture of the dish and its taste very different from what you could try elsewhere. If you order the squid, we recommend you to ask for the tentacle ... s to be made in tempura. Kaiyotei also offers a range of sophisticated sashimi courses, start at 3000 yen.
