Kamomemaru かもめ丸
Kamomemaru is a quaint restaurant located in the Numazu Harbor Fish Market. The fish and shellfish in the area are famous and here you can enjoy them. The miso soup is very tasty and the tempura excellent. But what this restaurant stands out for is its two specialties: Sakura ebi (tiny shrimp) and Shirasu (sardine whitebait). In this area these two seafood products are produced with optimal quality. The star dish of the house is Numazu-don, a bowl of rice with mackerel, seaweed, shirasu and saku ... ra ebi. You can also opt for a good Sushi that includes their specialties. The lines are not excessive and the average price is not high. At noon they have a menu at a very reasonable price. Tip: The fresh Sakura ebi can only be found for a few days in spring and autumn, if you have the chance, don't miss it.
