Kin Sushi 金寿司
Kin Sushi is one of Sapporo's best sushi restaurants with a traditional and unpretentious format using the Edomae style with partially cooked pieces. They have a great quality food and friendly staff. If available, we recommend you to sit at the counter. The chef and the waiters will try to communicate with you in basic but effective English and you will see them cooking. There is no menu in English but you can order one of the recommendations of the chef "Omakase courses" which already includes ... their specialties. Due to its great popularity and its excellent value for money, time is limited to 2 hours only. Located a few minutes walking from the Sapporo Beer Museum, it is better to book in advance.
