Kiraku is the oldest Ramen in the Shibuya area and it’s one of the oldest in Tokyo. It is located in the red light district. The streets are noisy and old, but Kiraku is a nice place where you can relax while enjoying a great Chukamen. Chukamen is the name of the original Chinese Ramen style, but when the Japanese adopted the style, it evolved with time. Local ingredients were added.
