Kyosushi is a fifth-generation family restaurant established in 1868. It is a small restaurant with typical Japanese fish-based menus, with the tradition of the classic and original Edo-mae sushi. Sushi sets are available but the most popular are the spectacular sets with grilled or boiled fish or shashimi donburi (a bowl of raw fish on a vinegared rice). Always accompanied by excellent miso soup, rice, sweet Japanese omellet and pickles. Now reopened in the new Edogrand shopping mall in Kyobash ... i. It is an excellent place to get lunch or dinner with a typical and great Japanese set you will not find often.
