Mutsugiku むつぎく
Hamamatsu disputes those who say that Utsunomiya is the world capital of "gyoza." With about 200 specialized restaurants, Mustugiku is one of the most popular. Since 1962 they serve traditional Hamamatsu Dumplings, made in a circular pan and with bean sprouts in the center. Hamamatsu gyozas have abundant pressed cabbage with pork meat, and they are medium in size. Also, the shop serves Ramen. They are located very close to central Hamamatsu St.
