Nemuro Hanamaru Ginza, is the only standing sushi bar in the prestigious Nemuro chain. The name comes from the "Nemuro" fishing port in Hokkaido, famous for the quality and freshness of their products. The chain owns 10 kaiten sushi restaurants in Hokkaido and 3 restaurants in Tokyo. Seasonal and excellent fish brought daily from the port of Nemuro at incredibly moderate prices for high quality. Still not well known by tourists, it is great sushi in Ginza.
