Shiduka is a Japanese-style restaurant (Izakaya) that offers oden, a Japanese pot dish consisting of boiled Japanese fish cakes, tofu, and vegetables, as well as Nagano regional dishes (also known as Shinshu). One of their most renowned dishes is Sanzoku-Yaki, a Japanese large fried chicken. The interior of the izakaya is reminiscent of a castle town, with its lattice gates and fireworks, and it features folk art-style furniture. Shiduka is located approximately one kilometer away from Matsum ... oto Station and close to Matsumoto Castle. It is advised to make a reservation beforehand for large groups.
