Sisilya is a real Neapolitan pizza maker, open in Kannai. Atsugi Ogasawara, the Pizzaiolo is one of the few Japanese who have been awarded the title of master craftsman by the Naples Association of Pizza Artisans. He was one of the first pizza makers to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to Japan. The success of a good pizza is based on kneading by hand, preparing the dough the day before and making it carefully in a wood oven.
