The restaurant opened in 1947, and since then, they have been delivering some of the best Tonkatsu and fried shrimp (Ebi fry) in Nagoya. The tenderness and flavor of their Katsu are unique, and the breadcrumbs are very crispy and not oily. Their main signature dishes are the classic Tonkatsu set and also the Ise shrimp, which includes the head.
