Takoyaki Yamachan Honten, is a famous takoyaki restaurant. Very popular with the locals, they only have take out, although if you want a seat you can go to their second restaurant 50 meters further. It is a small chain with about 7 restaurants in Osaka and 2 in Tokyo. The dough is made with a special mixture of broths (chicken and bonito) that include various types of fruits and are made slowly over hours.
