Ushigoro is a reputed Yakiniku small chain of three restaurants, two in Ginza and one in Nishiazabu (Korean barbeque, Japanese style). They only use the highest category of Black Japanese Cow, (Kuroge Wagyu) combined with creative food. They have two highly recommended course set menus, with lots of dishes, more than enough even for the hungriest diner. The meat, Sukiyaki style (meat slightly soaked in a special boiling soup, and with a egg yolk sauce) are very good. Especially tasty are the th ... ick cut cow's tongue, chateaubrian and the sea urchin with beef cuts. Relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. Close to Ginza Itcchome station.
