Manchiken Ramen belongs to the same owner as the famous Madai Ramen Mengyo. Their specialty is the Duck and foie gras on top, with either a Shoyu (soy) or Shio (salt) soup. The foie gras will melt on the soup, and it gives an elegant touch of duck liver. Each bite will fulfill your mouth with flavor. They top their Ramen also with mustard leaves and citrus, which balances the overall taste.
