Ginzasa opened in 2010, and it has been popular ever since. Their main specialty is Ramen but they also have Tsukemen. Once you enter the shop, they have instructions about how to eat their Ramen, which helps to enjoy their dishes to their fullest. Their base soup is classic dashi with salt on a base of chicken.
