Gyoza Hohei is the most famous restaurant in Kyoto for gyoza, ever since it was featured in the Michelin guide. They have different types of gyoza. Their signature dish is the "Ginger Gyoza," but you can also enjoy their other choices with garlic, which is also amazing. The skin of the gyoza is thin and crispy, and the interior is full of aroma.
