Senmonten is just passionate for gyoza dumplings. This small hole-in-the-wall restaurant is where locals go when they want to enjoy some of the best Gyoza in Kyoto and Kansai. They use a very traditional recipe. Each dumpling is handmade with care and then later cooked at the moment. The skin is thin and crispy while the inside is full of aromas.
