Hechikan 丿貫 福富町本店
The original soup is made from dried sardines (a special blend of six different types) and crab. At noon there is a long waiting line that lets up after 14:00. At night, it is a popular Nihonshu bar (Japanese sake). They serve Ramen and other small dishes in Izakaya style, but you are required to order at least one glass of sake. It is an excellent option near the Sakuragicho station in Yokohama.
