Hinatomaru is definitely a sushi restaurant of a higher category than a usual standing sushi. The "shari" (the sushi rice) is a little more vinegared than usual but refreshing and easy to eat. It carries a generous portion of "neta" (topped fish). They offer pretty good selection of different tuna parts, different type of clams, white and blue fish and many more. The prices range from 70 yen to 490 yen, which is an excellent value for the quality delivered. A good place to get introduced into s ... ushi, as well as a quick stop in the tourist area of Asakusa.
