Hirome no Yasube ひろめの安兵衛
This gyoza shop is located in the market of Hirome. Yasube is considered the best gyoza shop not only in Kochi city but also in the prefecture. The gyozas are smaller than the usual types you may have eaten around Japan. They are crispy with a thin skin, and the scallions and pork inside are really juicy. The shop has only four seats, but you can use the shared tables of the market food-court. The shop is highly recommended, not only for the quality of the gyoza, but also to enjoy the market atm ... osphere. NOTE: Because the shop is very popular, you may need to wait around 10-15 minutes, but they will give you a paper with your number. Meanwhile, you can sit at the food court tables or look around for a bit. When your gyozas are ready, the staff will deliver them to you at the tables.
