Sushizen is a sushi restaurant a bit hidden and away from the tourist places where you can enjoy a peculiar and traditional cuisine. Simple family business, the owners prepare and serve the food. In this simplicity they achieve an exceptional flavor. From fresh products, the dishes are made with the touch of Kyoto. The sushi is Kansai style. The most popular dish is Chirashi where raw and cooked fish are mixed covered by a layer of Kinshi (grated) egg. The nigiris and makis are equally delicious ... . We recommend the Moriawase nigiri (assorted sushis) to discover the variety of flavors of different fish. Although the menu is in Japanese, they have photos to facilitate you to order food. The average price is affordable and there are usually no long lines. Tip: There are two types of Chirashi, both very tasty, although the Anago Chirashi is somewhat superior.
