Tonkatsu Takeshin とんかつ武信 代々木上原店
Takeshin started long ago in 1974 in Kanagawa prefecture. In 2006, they opened their shop in Shibuya (Tokyo). Then through the years Kazuya Takeda took the legacy of his father and offered some of the best Katsu (cutlet) in Tokyo. He mastered the technique from his father. The ingredients they use are of the highest quality, from the pork denominated HAYASHI SPF (which are free of chemicals), the oil (which is low in fats and cholesterol), and the original Panko (to create the crispy flakes), th ... e rice (without any additives), and more. The specialties of the house are the Tonkatsu, Katsu-ni, Seafood Katsu, Sandwich Katsu, and their original Takeshin Special Katsudon. The restaurant is a wonderful place that will delight any of our Japan Gourmet Pass members who like Tonkatsu.
