Uoriki, "the power of the fish" was originally a fishmonger, when reforming its business, they set up tables for the family to eat at. Very soon after they started serving meals using their excellent fish. In a place where formerly there were only soba restaurants, they are having great success. It is a fourth generation family owned business where an elderly couple currently works with their two children. Post-war Showa-era atmosphere, the first floor is still a fishmonger and the second floor ... offers home-cooked food with lots of warmth and hospitality. Top quality material from suppliers with more than 50 years of relationships. The most popular meals are the kaisendon (bowl of rice with sashimi), the sashimi menu sets (especially excellent and generous portions of tuna) and the boiled fish (horse mackerel or mackerel) with white miso. You can order as much rice and miso soup as you want, but you must finish it or you will pay an extra 500 yen. It is a very popular place that has been featured on television shows many times.
