South of the Imperial Palace and ten minutes from Hiroo station you will find Towa. This Kappo Kaiseki cuisine restaurant is located on the second floor of the Modernform Nishiazabu building. Chef Takaaki Tsuneyasu is passionate about Wagyu beef. He chooses only the best meats through all Japan, from the best Kobe, Sendai or Hitachi beef to prepare his dishes. With an experienced and refined technique, he proposes elegant and original creations.
