Suzushin is a Tonkatsu restaurant that has been around for a long time, and it is famous for katsudon. Homemade bread crumbs fried in fiery oil makes their Yorkshire meat taste amazing. Their excellent pork cutlets and homemade sauces are the specialty of the house. Their three most famous menus are “Kake-katsu-don” (named in honor of Suzushin’s eldest son), “Ni-katsu-don” (named in honor of Suzushin’s second son), and the “Katsu-don-sauce” (named in honor of Suzushin’s third s ... on). Suzushin appears often on Japanese TV, and long lines can form outside the restaurant. It’s definitely a great spot to enjoy a Japanese fried pork culet.
