Yuji Shinagawa（品川裕二）is a well-known Chinese chef. He has won gold medals in several prestigious international cooking competitions. His simple and delicious menu is as follows: six options with only two types of gyozas. The most popular is Tokusei Yaki-Gyoza（特製焼き餃子）(grilled special gyoza), and another classic is the Yoniku Sui（羊肉水）(steamed lamb). Other choices include salad, soba, and mutton.
